Minute steak with mustard sauce recipe, Swedish dish

Serves four:

4 Minute Steaks
3 dl (1.2 cups) Crème fraîche or Cream
1 tbs Sweet Grain Mustard or Dijon

Butter for frying
Salt & Pepper
fresh Parsley for garnish

1. Fry the steaks in a pan together with the butter until golden, a few minutes should do. Add crème fraîche and mustard to the pan. Let simmer for about 2-3 minutes before seasoning with salt, pepper and parsley.

Serve with fried potatoes and perhaps a beer or a glass of milk.
