kottbullsmacka recipe, Swedish meatball sandwich

Kottbullsmacka or kottbullssmorgas recipe. Swedish meatball sandwich with
beetroot salad, tomato and pickles.

Serves four:

4 large slices of Bread, preferably rye
about 3 cold Meatballs for every sandwich
4-8 tbs Beetroot salad (the more, the messier!)
1 Tomato
4 Pickles


1. Start with spreading the bread slices with butter. Slice the meatballs, quarter the tomato and cut the pickles in halves.

2. Firstly, add the beetroot salad, then the meatball slices and finally one quarter of the tomato. Finish with one pickle for every sandwich.
