Flaskpannkaka recipe, Swedish oven pancake
with bacon and lingonberry-jam.

Serves four:

3 dl (1.2 cups) Wheat Flour
6 dl (2.4 cups) Milk
1 tsp Salt
3 tbs Butter
3 Eggs
1 package Bacon

1. Start with the batter, mix the flour and the salt. Add the milk, pour it over the mixture slowly to avoid lumps. Finally whisk down the eggs.

2. Fry the bacon, add it to the bottom of a oven tray, pour over the batter and make it sure it's evenly divided over the tray.

3. Bake in the oven for approximately 25 minutes at 225 celcius or 437 fahrenheit until firm and golden. Serve with lingonberry-jam and a glass of cold milk.
