Easy-made Swedish potato salad recipe.
Perfect accompaniment for the summer barbecue.
1 dl (0.4 cups) sliced Scallions
2.5 dl (1 cup) Creme fraiche
2 tbs Mayonnaise
1. Peel and boil the potatoes, when cooked through, slice in medium-thick slices and let cool.
2. Mix mayonnaise, creme fraiche and salt. When the potatoes are cool, add the scallions and creme fraiche mixture and toss around so everything is coated.
Serve cold with for instance grilled meat, chicken or roast beef.
