Vastkustsallad recipe, swedish seafood salad


Vastkustsallad recipe, salad from the swedish west-coast, containing seafood and
mushrooms, sometimes mixed with more mayonnaise and served with sausage.

Serves four:

600 grams (1.3 pounds) Mushrooms
300 grams (0.65 pounds) Shrimp, hand peeled
150 grams (0.3 pounds) Crab Meat
150 grams (0.3 pounds) Mussels
200 grams (0.4 pounds) Asparagus
1 dl (0.4 cups) frozen Peas

2 Tomatoes
1 head Iceberg Lettuce

Lemon
Dill Sprigs

1. Slice the mushrooms and cut the asparagus in small pieces. Mix with the shrimp, crabmeat and mussels.

2. Shredd the lettuce and cut the tomatoes into small quarters, mix with the seafood and season with a little lemon, salt and pepper.

3. Garnish with dill sprigs and serve with bread.
