Serves four: 2 dl Shrimp (0,45 cups) hand peeled 1. Roughly chop the shrimp, make sure they are quite dry and put them in a bowl. 2. Chop the dill and mix into the shrimps together with the mayonnaise and the crème fraîche. Season with salt and pepper. 3. Fry the toasts in butter until golden, then top with the shrimp mixture, one teaspoon of caviar, if you'd like, garnish with another dill sprig and a lemon wedge. |
