potatismos recipe, Swedish mashed potatoes

Recipe for potatismos, Swedish mashed potatoes.
Serves four:
1 kilo (2.2 pounds) Potatoes
2 dl (0.8 cups) Milk
25 grams (0.05 pounds) Butter
2 tsp Salt
1 tsp White Pepper
1 tsp Caster Sugar
1/4 tsp Nutmeg
1. Peel the potatoes and boil until cooked through. Heat the milk, then mash
the potatoes with a masher. Then slowly whisk the milk together with the mashed
potatoes, preferably with an electric whisk. Add more milk if the mash is to
firm.
2. Season with salt, pepper, nutmeg and sugar, finish with the butter and whisk
until melted.
