Majonnas recipe, homemade swedish mayonnaise.
Serves four:
2 Egg Yolks
2.5 dl (1 cup) Olive Oil
2 tsp Lemon Juice
2 tsp White Wine Vinegar
1/2 tbs Sea Salt
1 tsp Dijon Mustard
1. Begin with whisking lemon juice and vinegar
together in a bowl. Add the egg yolks and whisk into the liquids.
2. Add the oil, first a little at a time, but when the mayonnaise is thickening,
you could increase the amount, if the mayonnaise gets to thick, add a little
liquid to make it smoother.
3. Season with the sea salt and the mustard.
