Serves four: 500 grams (1.1 pounds) Falukorv 1. Cut the sausage into thin strips, about 0.5 cm or 0.2 inches. Peel and chop the onion. 2. Fry the sausage in butter until golden, add the onion and let soften. 3. Dust over the flour and add the milk, stock cubes, paprika, tomato-paste and pepper, stir. 4. Let simmer for about 5 minutes. Serve with rice. |
