1 Ham, 3-4 kilos (8-9 pounds)
1. Soak the ham in cold water about 1 hour. Then drain it and mark where to put the thermometer.
2. Sweep the ham in foil and form it into a tight package. Insert the thermometer and place the ham on a oven proof tray.
3. Bake in the oven for about one hour per kilo (2 pounds) in 175 celsius or 347 fahrenheit. Then remove the ham from the oven. When this is done, increase the heat to 250 celsius or 482 fahrenheit
4. Mix egg yolks, mustard and sugar, spread to
the ham and finish with dusting the bread crums on top. Grill for 15 minutes
or until ham is golden, be careful not to burn.
