500 grams (1.1 pounds) Salted Pork or if
absolutely necessary, bacon
1. Heat the butter in a pan, when bubbly, add the pork and fry it nice and golden, season with pepper.
2. Peel and finely chop the onion, fry until soft
in a pan. Add cream, then sprinkle over the flour, a small amount at a time
so all lumps disolves. Stir the gravy until smooth.
3. Serve the fried salty pork with the onion gravy
and boiled potatoes, maybe with some fresh chopped parsley on top.
