6 dl (2.5 cups) cooked Semolina Porridge
1. Heat the porridge and thin with the milk. Mix sugar, salt and cardamom, add this to the porridge together with the egg. 2. Butter an oven tray and add the bread crumbs. Finally poor in the pancake mixture. Bake at 175 celsius or 350 fahrenheit about 45 minutes. Serve with whipped cream and prune sauce.
